This individual will build and lead their team in across the Grow activities post-Drying.
Bucking & Trimming
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing crew that will clear dry/cure room when Cultivation Director has scheduled completion of dry/cure process for each harvest Bucking all of dried plants into totes; dispose of waste.
Enter all weights into METRC.
Ensure part of facility used during bucking process is cleaned and stored by end of shift Trimming and sending product to lab for testing Clean and maintain trimming equipment & area thoroughly and throughout process.
Fully cleaned at tend of shift.
Vault Maintenance:
Develop a racking and tracking system within the vault Daily burping and dehumidification maintenance (empty 2x daily) and all settings in line with SOP Product/Inventory Tracking
Responsibilities:
Utilizing Distru, keep accurate record of all available product for Sale Inform Sales of product in process and estimated availability date & quantities Transport
Responsibilities:
When sales are generated, responsible for packaging product per SOP Facilitate transport pickups Other
Responsibilities:
Partner with Director of Cultivation to continuously improvement communication and processes across the building.
Oversee development of new business capabilities, like pre-roll Maintain post-harvest production data such as environmental conditions, cure records, trimming, packaging and pre-roll records.
Manager will have a normal weekly shift of 8AM - 5PM on-site at the Lawrence facility.
Manager will be expected to be flexible to work later occasionally, as needed.
This position will be salaried.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
