We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team.
As a Technician, you will be responsible for various tasks related to greenhouse, garden, and landscape maintenance.
This is a hands-on role that requires physical labor and the ability to work with hand tools.

Duties:
- Assist in the cultivation and maintenance of plants in the greenhouse - Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, and watering - Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment - Conduct basic math calculations for measuring and mixing fertilizers - Assist with heavy lifting as needed - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment - Irrigate plants according to specific requirements - Monitor plant growth and report any issues or abnormalities - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a farm or greenhouse setting - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time - Basic knowledge of plant growth and care techniques - Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in landscaping and gardening - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repair is a plus - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.
